Team Grants

Team Grants support research and creative projects involving two or more 91¸£ÀûÉç undergraduates. Team Grants are intended to create compelling opportunities for students to step into exciting projects, develop skills, make connections and inspire inquiry.Ìý

UROP Timeline

UROP applications for Summer 2025 and/or Academic Year 2025-26 are closed, and proposals are currently under review. Decisions will be sent in late April, and a notice will be posted here after all notices have been sent. Stay attentive to your email inbox and in communication with your project mentors. UROP might email for additional, clarifying information based on feedback from reviewers.

Step 1

Prepare your proposal andÌýsubmit your application,Ìýusing the secure and accessible online forms linked on this site.

Step 2

Account Managers (named in the application) will be alerted to your submission and asked to verify speedtype (ST) information.

Step 3

UROP will follow-up with applicants and account managers as needed. ÌýCheck out Faculty Grant Payment for details.

Step 4

Proposals are evaluated in a blind review process by members of the UROP Review Board after the application deadline.

Step 5

Decision notices are sent from urop@colorado.edu near the end of the spring term; UROP encourages you to add us as a "safe sender."
