Responsible research is built on responsible people, dataÌýand policies.
I believe most people will travel through an ethical swamp in their careers. Due to my background, I wish to teach graduate students and postdocs how to best survive those ethical swamps. Long ago, I was a student in a lab in which the PI committed misconduct.
I have extensive training in data integrity and quality data collection and analysis. Quality data collection is often an overlooked aspect of big data. Understanding the metrics of what makes a data set a good data set is the key to big data training. Training in how to keep a clean data set is also crucial to efficient data analysis.Ìý
