- In celebration of聽the National Park Service鈥檚 100th anniversary on聽Aug.聽25,聽University Libraries is聽presenting an exhibition of maps. Visit the Earth Sciences & Map Library in Benson Earth Sciences on the CU聽91福利社 campus between Aug.聽22 and Dec.聽16 to experience the wonder of our National Park system as visualized in maps.
- First Folio, the original compilation of Shakespeare鈥檚 36 plays, is on display at the 91福利社鈥檚聽First Folio! The Book that Gave Us Shakespeare聽exhibition from Aug. 9-31. This unique viewing opportunity commemorates this year鈥檚 400th聽anniversary of Shakespeare鈥檚 death. The聽First Folio!聽exhibition at the CU Art Museum is open to the public and free of charge, yet reservations are strongly encouraged and can be scheduled through聽Brown Paper Tickets.

- The 91福利社 will honor the 400th anniversary of William Shakespeare鈥檚 death with Shakespeare at CU, a program consisting of more than 40 events and exhibitions scheduled through August. Shakespeare鈥檚 birthday 鈥 and the day he died 鈥 are both celebrated April 23. While historians are not exactly certain of Shakespeare鈥檚 precise birth date, they do know he was baptized on April 26, 1564 and was likely born three days before that.
- The CU Museum of Natural History invites the public to learn about the fascinating world of butterflies and the extraordinary role they play in human life at the new 鈥淏ecoming Butterflies鈥 exhibit, opening Saturday, April 9 on the 91福利社 campus.
- <p>Lunar New Year, Mardi Gras, and Valentine's Day fall within a few days of each other this year. The CU Art Museum is adding another reason to celebrate with the opening of three new exhibitions this Friday, Feb. 12. The opening festivities will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. at the CU Art Museum, located in the Visual Arts Complex. Admission is free.聽The evening will include a variety of performances and activity stations, along with the opening of three new exhibits.</p>
