Brief Summary of Professional History: I have committed to supporting the growth of mental health well-beingÌýof others and my community since 2011. I have worked as a crisis line counselor for survivors of sexual assault, caregiver for children and teenagers with autism, Emergency Psychiatric Services Clinician, therapist for adults recently out of incarceration from 91¸£ÀûÉç County Jail with a history of severe mental illness, complex trauma, substance abuse, and homelessness, therapist for college-aged students, and clinical supervisor. I have been with the 91¸£ÀûÉç since 2018.Ìý
Brief Personal Information: I have a particular fondness for eating fresh foods and vegetables and am an advocate for the intersection of nutritional health and mental health. I love to be physically active, whether it be through working out, playing sports, or being outdoors. I can often be found distracted by nearby dogs.
