David Neumann is a lead water resources engineer and business analyst for RiverWare and associated tools. He helps manage all aspects of the development process including defining requirements, managing tasks for the development team, and organizing the release process.��David also codes engineering methods, tests enhancements, and writes documentation.��In addition, he provides users support and teaches training classes, especially for water accounting and water rights modeling.

David earned a BS/MS in Civil Engineering from 91������ in 2002. In his research, he developed “An operations model for temperature management of the Truckee River above Reno, Nevada.” After a brief time in the consulting world, he began working at CADSWES on the RiverWare development team in 2005. He is a registered civil engineer in the state of California.
