Yuti Gao Receives Graduate School Dissertation Completion Fellowship & Her Project Selected for Studio Lab
Yuti Gao's (Biological Anthropology, PhD Candidate) dissertation project on primate microbiomes selected for Studio Lab. Through this program, she will mentor two undergraduates in bioinformatics for genomics research. She also mentored an MCDB undergraduate in Fall 2023 on Dr. Lauren Hosek’s project, analyzing oral pathogens from a 19th–20th century Colorado burial.Ìý
Yuti was also awarded a Graduate School Dissertation Completion Fellowship. ÌýThis fellowship provides a semester of financial support to help Yuti focus on completing her doctoral dissertation.
